EBEC Isparta ’18

BEST Isparta, one of the most influential clubs of Süleyman Demirel University, together with 86 other BEST communities all around  in Europe, organized contest which EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition) with eight teams of four persons in Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Engineering E8 unit. At the center of the Engineering faculty, this contest with creative designs and an impressive atmosphere was visited by many students and lecturer. As a result of the competition held on 26-27 April, leaders of teams competing in Case Analysis and Team Design, identified by juries and which will be held this year at Ege University in Turkey, they qualify for the final. In İTÜ, ODTÜ, YTÜ, EGE ve Boğaziçi and our university, the winners of the other local compatitions will compete to win the Turkey final in May.

EBEC Isparta ’17

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) who known with their works and events in engineering fields in Süleyman Demirel University organised EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition) for the first time at SDU Ataturk Indoor Sports Centre in 6-7 may 2017. That competition included the team design category where 5 teams competed and the case study category where 4 teams competed. During 2days teams were trying to solve. Case studies and making team designs The competitors made presentations to jury who were faculty members of university. Our winner teams competed against finalist teams of Ege University, Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul Technical University and Middle East Technical University which organised at ITU in 13-14 may 2017 while representing our university. Winners of Turkey stage qualified to compete at European final in Brno where they run for becoming the best engineers of Europe.

That competition included the team design category where 7 teams competed and the case study category where 4 teams competed. During 2days teams were trying to solve. Case studies and making team designs The competitors made presentations to jury who were faculty members of university. Our winner teams competed against finalist teams of Ege University, Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul Technical University and Middle East Technical University which organised at METU in 21-22 may 2016 while representing our university. Winners of Turkey stage qualified to compete at European final in Belgrade where they run for becoming the best engineers of Europe.
